Direct Employment Restriction
By engaging Lekhoa Consulting (Pty) Ltd to introduce, source, or present any candidate, the client agrees that all employment of such candidates must be formalised exclusively through Lekhoa Consulting.
Clients are strictly prohibited from directly employing, contracting, or engaging any candidate introduced by Lekhoa Consulting without our express written consent and the payment of the applicable placement fee.
Where a client wishes to directly employ a candidate introduced by Lekhoa Consulting outside of the standard placement process, a conversion fee equal to 3 months' gross salary of the candidate will become immediately due and payable.
