Candidate Sourcing
Leveraging PNet, CareerJunction, LinkedIn recruiter licenses, headhunting, referrals, and our proprietary internal candidate database.
Screening & Assessment
CV review, telephone pre-screening, structure competency-based interviews, and role-relevant technical assessments.
Verification
Criminal record, ID, qualifications, credit, employment history, and recorded telephonic reference checking via Raven Tactical.
Shortlist Presented
Delivery of a vetted shortlist (typically 3 to 5 fully verified, highly qualified candidates) directly to the client team.
Client Interviews Facilitated
Full scheduling management, candidate pre-interview briefing, post-interview feedback collection, and expectations mapping.
Offer & Onboarding Support
Salary benchmarking and negotiations, resignation coaching, counter-offer support, and complete onboarding coordination.
